What types of products do you sell?

I create and sell handmade, enchanted gifts with a whimsical twist. Everything is handmade by me including the packaging/tags.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. After that, delivery times vary depending on your location. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, while international shipping will take longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is posted.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces that are as unique as you are. If you have a specific idea or request, please feel free to contact me, and I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, I begin working on it right away. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, if the item has already been posted, I won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

I take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage. I will do my best to resolve the issue by sending a replacement.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because my products are mostly made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days, and I will work with you to find a solution.
